Refund policy
In order to be eligible for refund or exchange, insurance must be purchase at additional cost. We will not be held responsible for any damages caused by external forces or incorrect handling by postage company. We have 99% of track record in which most all our items arrive safely to our clients but accident do happen. If in the event the item arrive damage, you must inform us within 2 days with clear photos showing the condition of the outer box and damages on the item so that we claim from insurance. Any claim after 2 days upon receipt of item will not be entertain.
Return shipping fee or exchange will be at buyer expense, item can be arrange to be ship directly to manufacturer for repair and shipping fee have to be bear by buyer. Please pack cars carefully with bubble peanuts as the condition we shipped to you for the refund.
